Instructions
Season chicken with paprika, garlic salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat; cook onion until softened.
Add chicken and cook until golden; stir in garlic, then add rice and broth. Bring to boil, then simmer covered for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan and cream until creamy. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve immediately.
