Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(cut into 1-inch pieces)

extra virgin olive oil

unsalted butter

low sodium chicken broth

grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper. Sear in hot oil until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add butter and remaining oil to the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, simmer until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan, herbs, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and melting.
