Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning; let rest 10–15 mins.
Heat skillet with olive oil and butter; cook chicken 4–5 mins per side until cooked through.
Add garlic to pan; cook 30–40 sec, then pour in chicken broth. Simmer 2–3 mins.
Stir in heavy cream and parmesan; cook until thickened. Adjust seasoning.
Return chicken to pan; spoon sauce over and simmer 5–7 mins.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle red pepper flakes before serving.
