Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Black pepper to taste Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4–5 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¾ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Optional red pepper flakes for a light kick

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning; let rest 10–15 mins.
  • Heat skillet with olive oil and butter; cook chicken 4–5 mins per side until cooked through.
  • Add garlic to pan; cook 30–40 sec, then pour in chicken broth. Simmer 2–3 mins.
  • Stir in heavy cream and parmesan; cook until thickened. Adjust seasoning.
  • Return chicken to pan; spoon sauce over and simmer 5–7 mins.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle red pepper flakes before serving.
