These savory cruffins combine flaky crescent roll dough with garlic, herbs, and parmesan for a delicious snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 3 tubes crescent roll dough
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
  • Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, and salt; set aside 1/4 cup for brushing.
  • Roll out each crescent dough sheet into larger rectangles, spread with butter mixture, sprinkle with parmesan, then roll into logs and cut into 12 pieces.
  • Shape each piece into a muffin, place in pan, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with remaining parmesan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional herbs or parmesan before baking.
