Instructions
Coat the cubed chicken breasts in flour or cornstarch.
Deep fry the coated chicken until golden and crispy.
In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic salt, and chili flakes; bring to a boil.
Pour the sauce over the fried chicken and toss to coat evenly.
Serve hot, garnished as desired.
Notes
For extra crunch, double coat the chicken in flour before frying.
