Bright and nourishing Glow Bowls combine fresh vegetables, herbs, and tender chicken over quinoa, drizzled with a flavorful curry vinaigrette.
Ingredients

Vegetables and herbs

Curry vinaigrette

Instructions
Cook quinoa and chicken; set aside.
Prepare vegetables and herbs; set aside.
Whisk together vinaigrette ingredients.
Assemble bowls with quinoa, chicken, vegetables, herbs, greens, and drizzle with vinaigrette.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
