Instructions
Beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time and vanilla, mixing well after each addition.
Whisk together gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet, then fold in chocolate chips.
Chill dough for 30 minutes, then scoop onto baking sheets and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
Cool cookies on a wire rack before serving.
