Enjoy these delicious gluten-free chocolate chip cookies that are crispy on the edges and chewy in the center, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Dried ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups gluten-free measure-for-measure flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk of choice
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Optional topping

  • sea salt for sprinkling sea salt for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Melt butter, then pour into a bowl and add milk, sugars, egg, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
  • Stir in dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Cool cookies, sprinkle with sea salt if desired, then serve.

Notes

For best results, refrigerate dough before baking.
