Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Wet ingredients

  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Fruits

  • 1 cup peaches, peeled and sliced

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  • Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to wet mixture. Fold in peaches.
  • Pour batter into greased dish. Mix brown sugar, oats, and melted butter for topping; sprinkle over batter.
