Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line an 8x8” pan with parchment.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil using double boiler or microwave, then cool.
Mix eggs, pumpkin, milk, sugar, cacao, salt, spices, and vanilla until smooth.
Combine melted chocolate mixture with wet ingredients, fold until smooth.
Pour batter into pan, top with chocolate chips, and bake for 24-28 minutes. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Ensure not to overmix to keep brownies fudgy.
