Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Arrange chicken, potatoes, carrots, garlic, squash, and onion in a baking dish. Season with parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dot with butter and add water.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 20 more minutes until cooked through.
