Instructions
Season chicken with oregano, paprika, salt, and red pepper flakes.
Heat olive oil in a large pot and cook chicken until browned, about 8 minutes.
Add garlic, tomatoes, spinach, chickpeas, and lemon juice; cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in cooked rice and feta cheese; cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh oregano and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
