Instructions
Marinate chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, and spices for 30 minutes.
Cook rice or quinoa as per package instructions.
Preheat air fryer to 380°F and cook chicken for 10 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F. Rest and slice.
