A healthy and delicious baked treat combining Greek yogurt and berries, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C and prepare baking dish.
Mix Greek yogurt, eggs, sweetener, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.
Add cornstarch and whisk until batter is thickened.
Gently fold in blueberries and pour batter into dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
You can top with extra berries or a dusting of sweetener for added flavor.
