This flavorful marinade combines Greek yogurt and herbs to create tender, juicy chicken breasts with a healthy twist.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1.5 lbs chicken cutlets
  • 0.5 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 unit juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp dried basil
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp cumin
  • 0.25 tsp coriander

Instructions 

  • Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, and garlic.
  • Add spices and stir well.
  • Coat chicken evenly with marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Grill 5-6 minutes per side or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  • Rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
