A creamy, flavorful dip and dressing made with Greek yogurt and herbs, perfect for salads, veggies, or as a dip.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup greek yogurt (substitute some with buttermilk for pourable dressing)
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon dried minced onion
  • ¾ teaspoon dried chives
  • ½-¾ teaspoon granulated garlic (use ¾ tsp for strong garlic flavor, ½ tsp otherwise)
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • 3-4 pinches black pepper (or to taste)

Instructions 

  • Add the Greek yogurt and seasonings to a bowl.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Chill for 30 minutes to develop flavors.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute some yogurt with buttermilk for a pourable dressing.
