A vibrant and nutritious smoothie bowl packed with greens and tropical fruits, perfect for a quick energizing breakfast.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 0.5 cup pre-steamed and frozen green zucchini or additional mango cubes (Optional, omit if zucchini is not used)
  • 0.5 small-medium avocado
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 squeezed lime lime juice (optional)
  • 1 giant handful frozen kale or spinach
  • to taste blueberries (for topping)
  • to taste grain-free granola (for topping)
  • to taste shredded coconut (for topping)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients except frozen greens to a high-speed blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Add frozen greens and blend until bright green and creamy.
  • Transfer to a bowl and top with blueberries, granola, and shredded coconut. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe avocados for creaminess and adjust toppings to taste.
