This flavorful grilled chicken is marinated in a simple mixture of lemon, soy, and herbs, making it perfect for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Garnish

  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, paprika, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
  • Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high (~400°F) and oil grates.
  • Grill chicken 6–7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
