A healthy and flavorful dish featuring tender grilled chicken strips served alongside vibrant steamed vegetables, finished with a squeeze of fresh lime.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 200 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • to taste Salt & black pepper

Vegetables

  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • Lime for squeezing (Fresh lime juice)

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  • Grill or pan-sear chicken strips for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked.
  • Steam green beans and mixed vegetables for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  • Plate chicken with steamed veggies and squeeze lime juice over everything.

Adjust seasoning and lime to taste for best flavor.
