Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup orange juice (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (for glaze)

Instructions 

  • Whisk together marinade ingredients and marinate chicken for 1-2 hours.
  • Simmer orange juice, lemon juice, honey, Dijon, soy sauce, and sugar until thickened (6-8 min).
  • Preheat grill, remove chicken from marinade, and grill 6-7 min per side.
  • During last 2-3 min, brush chicken with glaze and flip to coat evenly.
  • Cook until internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C), then rest before serving.

Notes

Marinate chicken overnight for maximum flavor.
