½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoondried thyme
½teaspoondried basil

2tablespoonsbutter, melted
1tablespoonDijon mustard
1tablespoonyellow mustard
1tablespoonwholegrain mustard
2teaspoonshot sauce (optional)
½teaspoonwhite vinegar
⅛teaspoonpaprika
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, onion, thyme, and basil.
Mix honey, melted butter, mustards, hot sauce, vinegar, and paprika to make sauce. Set aside ¼ cup for basting.
Grill chicken for 2 minutes per side, then brush with half of the basting sauce. Cook for 7 minutes, flip, brush again, and cook until internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).
Rest chicken for 8 minutes, then slice and serve with reserved honey mustard sauce.
