Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • to taste N/A salt
  • to taste N/A black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon white vinegar
  • teaspoon paprika

Instructions 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, onion, thyme, and basil.
  • Mix honey, melted butter, mustards, hot sauce, vinegar, and paprika to make sauce. Set aside ¼ cup for basting.
  • Grill chicken for 2 minutes per side, then brush with half of the basting sauce. Cook for 7 minutes, flip, brush again, and cook until internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Rest chicken for 8 minutes, then slice and serve with reserved honey mustard sauce.
