Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Chopped green onions

Instructions 

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in cooked rice, beef broth, and soy sauce; season with salt and pepper.
  • Simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
