Ingredients

onion, chopped

cooked rice

beef broth

soy sauce

Chopped green onions
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in cooked rice, beef broth, and soy sauce; season with salt and pepper.
Simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
