1cupblack beans, drained and rinsed
1cupcorn (grilled or canned, drained)
1cupshredded lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
1avocadodiced or sliced
1cupcherry tomatoes, halved
1/2cupred onion, thinly sliced
1cupshredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
1/2cupsour cream

Instructions
Cook rice in boiling water or broth until tender, then fluff and stir in lime juice, cilantro, and butter. Keep warm.
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in taco seasoning, tomato sauce, water, and simmer until thickened.
Assemble bowls by layering rice, seasoned beef, and toppings: beans, corn, lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, onion, and cheese. Top with sour cream, hot sauce, cilantro, jalapeños, and lime wedges.
