Instructions
Mix fajita seasonings and set aside.
Cook ground beef with half of the seasoning until browned, then add water, soy sauce, lime juice, and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in cilantro.
Sauté sliced peppers and onions with remaining seasoning, soy sauce, and lime juice until tender.
Serve beef and vegetables over rice, topped with sour cream and lime wedges.
