Instructions
Blend mayo, water, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.
Cook rice with 1 tsp turmeric in a rice cooker until done.
Sauté garlic and onion in oil until translucent. Add beef and cook until browned. Season with soy sauce, cumin, turmeric, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until liquid evaporates.
Serve beef over rice, drizzle with garlic sauce, and garnish with sliced cucumber, tomatoes, and onions.
