Ingredients

Protein

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped green bell pepper
  • 0.5 red onion sliced red onion
  • 0.5 cup Hawaiian BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix BBQ sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken, pineapple, peppers, and onion; toss to coat.
  • Divide mixture onto foil pieces and seal.
  • Grill or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  • Open packets carefully and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken beforehand.
