Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

Fruits & Vegetables

  • 1 ripe avocado avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Spices & Seasonings

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions 

  • Mash the avocado until smooth.
  • Mix in Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add shredded chicken and combine well.
  • Fold in red onion, celery, tomatoes, and herbs.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently.
  • Optional: sprinkle red pepper flakes before serving.

Notes

Chill for 30 minutes to enhance flavors if desired.
