A rich, vegan, gluten-free dip that mimics brownie batter, perfect for snacking with fruit or cookies.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1/3 cup runny nut or seed butter (almond preferred)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp almond flour (see post above for subs)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Mix nut butter and maple syrup in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add cacao powder, almond flour, vanilla, and salt; stir well.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with fruit or cookies.
