Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
Blend bananas, eggs, peanut butter, vanilla, syrup, and almond milk until smooth.
Stir in oats, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
Divide batter into muffin cups, top with extra chocolate chips, and bake for 20 minutes.
Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
Notes
For a sweeter taste, adjust maple syrup to your preference.
