Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (roughly 2 sizable pieces)

Oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Seasonings

  • 1.5 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Pasta

  • 8 ounces spaghetti (226 grams)

Butter

  • 0.5 cup salted butter

Garlic

  • 6 medium cloves garlic cloves, minced

Cheese

  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese (split in half)

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Season chicken with parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, add cooked pasta and parmesan cheese, toss to combine.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
