Ingredients

Meat

  • 500 grams Lean cuts of beef (Sirloin, Flank Steak, Top Round, Stew Meat) (Marinate for at least 30 minutes)

Vegetables and add-ins

  • 200 grams Mixed greens
  • 50 grams Spinach
  • 50 grams Romaine lettuce
  • 50 grams Arugula
  • 100 grams Cucumber (Chopped)
  • 100 grams Bell peppers (Sliced)
  • 50 grams Red onion (Thinly sliced)
  • 100 grams Cherry tomatoes (Halved)
  • 50 grams Avocado (Sliced)
  • 50 grams Radishes (Sliced)
  • 50 grams Celery (Chopped)
  • 30 grams Sprouts (Alfalfa, broccoli, or radish)
  • 50 grams Feta cheese
  • 50 grams Blue cheese
  • 50 grams Shredded cheddar
  • 4 pieces Hard-boiled eggs (Quartered)
  • 50 grams Olives (Kalamata or green) (Pitted)
  • 50 grams Pickled vegetables
  • 30 grams Nuts and seeds (toasted almonds, walnuts, pecans, or sunflower seeds)

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar or citrus juice

Herbs and spices

Instructions 

  • Marinate the beef for at least 30 minutes, then cook using your preferred method.
  • Wash and chop all vegetables and add-ins.
  • Start with leafy greens as a base, add cooked beef, then layer vegetables and cheeses.
  • Drizzle with dressing and toss gently to combine.
  • Arrange attractively and garnish with herbs or nuts if desired.
