Enjoy these delicious and wholesome monster cookies packed with oats, peanut butter, and chocolate treats. Perfect for a quick, satisfying snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 6 tablespoons salted butter (softened)
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Quick Cook Oats
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup m&ms

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Add baking soda and oats; mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and m&ms.
  • Form dough into 1.5 tbsp balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Cool for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let cool on the baking sheet.
