A moist and flavorful banana bread made with pumpkin purée, naturally sweetened and free of added sugars, perfect for a healthy treat.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add pumpkin purée, oil, eggs, and extract; whisk until combined.
Add flour, pumpkin spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined. Stir in optional mix-ins.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60-70 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 15-20 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
You can customize the mix-ins or adjust spices to taste for a personalized touch.
