Dry ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin or grease cups.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in chocolate chips.
Divide batter evenly into muffin cups. Optional: add extra chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes, then reduce temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 18-22 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole wheat flour and dark chocolate chips.
