Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup honey

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin.
  • In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
  • In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
  • Mix the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Let cool before serving or freezing.
