Ingredients

Base

  • 0.5 cup 100% pumpkin puree
  • 0.25 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 0.5 chopped frozen banana banana
  • 0.25 cup skim milk (or almond milk)
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 6-10 ice cubes ice cubes
