Ingredients
Dried ingredients
0.5cuppumpkin purée
0.5cupnut butter (almond, cashew, or peanut)
2tablespoonsmaple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1cuprolled oats
0.33cupvanilla protein powder((plant-based or whey))
1tablespoonchia seeds or ground flaxseed
1.5teaspoonspumpkin pie spice
0.25teaspooncinnamon
Pinchsea salt
0.25cupchopped toasted pecans
to tastemilk of choice(for moisture)
2tablespoonsmini dark chocolate chips or dried cranberries(optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients until well combined. Fold in pecans and add-ins.
If too soft, refrigerate 10–15 minutes; if too dry, add milk until moldable.
