Instructions
Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and cook rice and green beans.
Heat avocado oil in a pan, cook chicken until browned, then set aside.
Whisk together coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, vinegar, lime zest, and lime juice to make the sauce.
Cook sauce in the pan until it thickens, then add chicken to coat in sauce.
Serve the sesame chicken over rice and green beans, garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the sesame seeds before garnishing.
