chipotle chili powder
(any variety of chili powder)

tomato paste

tomato sauce
(plain)

bone broth
(or unsalted broth)

(red kidney and cannellini beans)

(red, yellow, and orange)

Instructions
Warm oil in a large pot, add ground turkey and cook until liquid evaporates (~10 min).
Add onions and garlic, then stir in chili powder, tomato paste, and tomato sauce.
Pour in broth, bring to boil, then simmer for 25-30 min.
Add beans and bell peppers, cook for another 10 min, adjust thickness as desired.
Taste and adjust salt, garnish with toppings, and serve.
Notes
For a thicker chili, let it simmer longer; for thinner, add more broth.
