Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add diced onion, celery, carrots, potato, and butternut squash. Sauté 5 minutes with salt and seasoning.
Pour in chicken broth, add chicken tenders and tomato paste. Simmer 15 minutes.
Add zucchini, corn, pasta, and lemon juice. Cook 10-13 minutes until pasta is tender.
Remove chicken, shred with forks, return to soup, stir in parsley, season to taste, and serve hot.
