2ballsburrata(8 oz each)
2ripe peachespeaches(sliced)
1cupfresh basil leaves
3tbspextra-virgin olive oil
2tbspaged balsamic vinegar
¼cuptoasted pine nuts
flaky sea salt
cracked black pepper
Instructions
Arrange tomato and peach slices alternately on a platter.
Tear burrata into large pieces and nestle among the fruit.
Scatter basil and pine nuts over the top.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
