Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp water

  • 30 g vanilla protein powder
  • 28 g unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Cook apples, cinnamon, honey, and water over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer apples to an oven-safe dish.
  • Mix oats, protein powder, melted butter, and honey to form a crumble.
