Ingredients

Dough

  • 0.67 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour (Feel free to substitute with regular all-purpose flour.)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (Approximately 30g.)
  • pinch salt
  • 0.67 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt (Consider using low-fat Greek yogurt for variation.)
  • 10 tsp cream cheese (About 1 tsp per bite.)
  • 1 each egg (Lightly beaten, optional for an egg wash.)

Seasoning

  • to taste Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Instructions 

  • Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and protein powder in a bowl.
  • Add Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms.
  • Divide dough into 10 portions and shape into small balls, then flatten slightly.
  • Spread cream cheese on each, sprinkle with seasoning, and optionally brush with beaten egg.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until golden.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional seasoning before baking.
