Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease.
Blend cottage cheese, eggs, and Greek yogurt until smooth. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Combine wet and dry mixtures, then fold in cheddar and chives. Scoop 8 portions onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 16–20 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
