A rich and creamy hot chocolate packed with protein, perfect for a cozy treat or post-workout boost.

Ingredients

Liquid

  • cup milk (use 2% or dairy-free alternative)
  • cup water
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (whey or preferred type)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Toppings

  • Mini marshmallows or whipped cream for topping

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients except toppings to a small pot and whisk until combined.
  • Heat over medium, whisking until steaming and warm, about 2-4 minutes.
  • Pour into a mug, top with marshmallows or whipped cream, and serve.
