1cupplain whole milk Greek yogurt
1.5cupshredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
1/4cupgrated parmesan cheese
Seasonings & Sauces
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
1.5cuppizza sauce
Meat & Toppings
10-12slicespepperoni slices
1tablespoonolive oil
Garnish & Dipping
Freshfresh basil to garnish
Toastedtoasted sourdough or bread of choice(for dipping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup mozzarella, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
Spread mixture in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet, top with pizza sauce, remaining mozzarella, parmesan, and pepperoni.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles. Broil briefly for golden top.
Garnish with basil and serve with toasted bread for dipping.
