A delicious and protein-packed pizza dip that's perfect for sharing. Made with Greek yogurt, cheese, and pepperoni, it's a quick and satisfying appetizer.

Ingredients

Dairy & Cheese

  • 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Seasonings & Sauces

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1.5 cup pizza sauce

Meat & Toppings

  • 10-12 slices pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Garnish & Dipping

  • Fresh fresh basil to garnish
  • Toasted toasted sourdough or bread of choice (for dipping)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup mozzarella, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  • Spread mixture in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet, top with pizza sauce, remaining mozzarella, parmesan, and pepperoni.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles. Broil briefly for golden top.
  • Garnish with basil and serve with toasted bread for dipping.

Use fresh basil for best flavor and enjoy immediately.
