Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line muffin tin.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine wet ingredients and mix into dry until incorporated.
Fill muffin tins and prepare cream cheese filling.
Pipe filling into muffins and bake for 20 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
