Ingredients

Meat and Dairy

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 avocado avocado
  • 10 lettuce leaves lettuce leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • to taste paprika, cumin, salt, pepper (spices)

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat for 30-60 seconds.
  • Add ground beef, cook and break into crumbles for 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
  • Sprinkle paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper over beef, stir well, then cook for another 2 minutes. Add minced garlic, cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat, let rest for 1-2 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
  • Rinse and dry lettuce leaves. Slice avocado. Spoon beef into lettuce, top with avocado slices, drizzle with yogurt sauce, then fold to serve.

Notes

Use fresh lettuce for crisp wraps and adjust spices to taste.
