A quick and flavorful homemade chicken stir fry packed with colorful vegetables and savory sauce.

Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned, then remove and set aside.
Add ginger, garlic, and vegetables to the skillet. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Mix soy sauce, honey, chicken broth, red pepper flakes, and water. Pour into skillet and bring to simmer.
Stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce. Return chicken to skillet and toss to coat.
Drizzle with toasted sesame oil before serving. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
