Ingredients

Chicken

  • 500 g Chicken Breast (Boneless and skinless)
  • 1 cup Honey BBQ Sauce
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice (White or brown rice)

Instructions 

  • Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  • In a skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat until browned.
  • Add honey BBQ sauce to the chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve the chicken over the cooked rice.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in BBQ sauce for an hour before cooking.
